Ebay will adjust delivery times to match couriers recommended last posting dates.
Delivery estimates for Royal mail, DPD, Parcelforce and My Hermes delivery times will be adjusted on eBay UK to coincide with each courier's recommended last posting dates for Christmas deliveries.eBay have announced they will be taking into account the courier delivery estimated dates with effect from 16th December 2015. Are you aware of the delivery estimates for your own provider? Make sure that you know what dates your courier cut off.
Collect Plus' Economy service have a final shipping date of the 16th December 2015, with myHermes just a day later with the last booking date for a courier collection being the 17th December although you can still drop off at a myHermes ParcelShop on the 18th December.
You may also find that your courier will arrange an earlier collection time than normal on some days, especially if they're collecting on Christmas Eve or New Year's Eve.
eBay also say that they will continue to monitor service levels in the run-up to Christmas.
