Making a purchase with Packaging Products Online couldnt be easier. Simply browse our site adding items to your shopping basket. Once you have finished simply select “Checkout” and you will be asked to enter your billing and delivery details. You will then be taken you to our secure payment process provided by Sage.

When ordering from Packaging Products Online you must meet the following requirements

  • Reside in the UK
  • Supply a working telephone number (this enables the courier company to contact you if needed)

Tax charges

For all orders from the UK a 20% VAT charge has been added prior to the product entering your basket. All orders are accompanied with a VAT receipt. Our VAT no. is 354196836.

Credit/Debit Cards

We accept the following methods of payment: Cash or cheque with order or collection in person, MasterCard, Solo, Switch/UK Maestro, Visa, Visa Debit/Delta, Visa Electron, PayPal. We regret we are unable to despatch goods until they are paid for. By using our secure payment method online you can be assured that the information will be processed safely. We remind customers that it is more secure to make payment online than by telephone. Online credit card transactions are processed by Sage and / or PayPal secure servers. We do not save card details on our own site. If you give us your card details directly they are destroyed once payment has been made.

Missing Parcels

When you receive your delivery please ensure that you check the quantity of parcels in the total consignment and then sign for the appropriate number received. Please do not sign for missing parcels as this will invalidate any future claims. If you have missing parcels within your consignment please contact us on the same day whenever possible. If you are not able to take delivery of goods the courier will leave a calling card which will advise how to collect your goods or arrange re-delivery. If you fail to act on this, the goods will be returned to us and you will be required to pay a further shipping cost plus an additional £10.00 handling fee before we can send your goods again.

Product Availability

Our range of goods are available from stock, products are very rarely unavailable but we will always advise you accordingly and offer a suitable alternative, a later delivery date or a full refund.

Payment details will not be retained.  Credit card details are taken for the purpose of the single transaction and are destroyed immediately afterwards.

After you stop being a customer with us we may keep your data for the purpose of responding to any questions or complaints and to demonstrate that we treated you fairly during this time.  During this time we will store your data securely, and when we will delete your data we will do this in a secure way.

Returns Policy

Goods sold on this website are supplied in good faith. If, however, you order the wrong item, are not completely satisfied with the items you receive or simply want to return your goods, you must arrange for them to be returned to us, and providing they are received by us in good condition, we will refund the cost of the goods in full less the carriage costs incurred by us. If any goods are faulty or damaged when you receive them, we will arrange for them to be replaced or refunded but you must notify us within 14 days of receiving delivery otherwise no claim will be entertained. Delivery charges for damaged or faulty goods or errors made by us will be fully refunded and/or not charged. Your statutory rights remain unaffected and your rights to return goods are protected under the EU Distance Selling Directive which can be found at following this link.
