Description
Black Polypropylene Strapping for Bundling and Warehouse Packing
Secure compatible cartons and grouped items with our Black Polypropylene Strapping. This hand-strapping product is used with the appropriate tensioning and sealing equipment to hold suitable packages together during storage, internal handling and dispatch preparation.
Each roll is 12mm wide and 1,000m long, with a specified 250kg breaking strength. Polypropylene strapping is a useful choice for packing teams that regularly bundle cartons or similarly sized goods for storage and dispatch.
Strapping must always be chosen with regard to the load, corners, handling conditions and the equipment used. The stated breaking strength is not a guaranteed safe working load or a promise that the finished bundle will withstand a given weight.
What Can You Use This PP Strapping For?
- Bundling suitable cardboard cartons together
- Grouping compatible packaged items ready for collection
- Securing grouped goods during warehouse preparation
- Standardising repeat hand-strapping operations
- Keeping selected packs together for distribution or storage
For fragile products or cartons with crushable edges, choose suitable edge protection and avoid excessive tension. Do not use packaging strapping for lifting, suspension or personal safety applications.

Using Strapping Safely
Choose the correct band, closure and tensioning method for the goods and handling process. Inspect tools and straps, position seals correctly and follow the equipment manufacturer’s guidance. Tensioned strapping can spring back when cut, so wear suitable protection and keep clear of the release path.
