Clear Bubble Bags for Quick, Cushioned Product Packing
When you’re packing lots of small items, a pre-formed bubble pouch can save time compared with cutting and taping loose sheets of bubble wrap. Our Clear Bubble Bags combine a clear appearance with cushioning bubbles, giving goods a little protective space while letting staff see what’s inside. Each bag also has a self-adhesive peel-and-seal flap for straightforward packing. They work well as a packing layer around products that will go into an outer mailing box.
The range includes seven dimensions, from slim little bags for accessories through to larger pouches for documents, gift items and boxed products. Some sizes are also offered in bulk box quantities, which can be handy for warehouse lines that use the same pouch repeatedly.

Sizes and Pack Options
The seven size choices have different bulk-pack limits. In particular, BP5 is offered as 10, 25, 50 or a 150-bag box, while other sizes have their own box quantities. The table shows only the pack choices available for that particular size.

Choosing Bubble Bag Sizes and Bulk Packs
Allow clearance for the item and any additional wrapping, and avoid forcing a sharp corner through the bubble film. The pouch protects best when the item sits comfortably inside it and the completed package is supported by suitable outer packing.
Closing the bag is simple: place your item inside, peel off the backing strip and press the adhesive flap firmly into place. No heat-sealing equipment or separate packing tape is needed. If the bag is going into a mailing box, choose a suitable outer box that closes without flattening the bubbles.
For especially fragile or high-value goods, test the packed item under realistic handling conditions and add stronger protection where needed.
