These boxes are supplied flat packed, so they take up less room until you are ready to assemble and seal them. Once erected, they can be combined with bubble wrap, kraft paper or loose-fill material to help protect items from direct contact with the carton walls.

Choosing the Right Cardboard Box
Measure the finished contents including any cushioning before selecting an internal box size. Leave enough room for protective fill, but avoid excessive empty space that could allow goods to move when the carton is carried or stacked.
Assemble carefully, close all flaps and use suitable carton sealing tape. For heavy goods, lifting, stacking and courier limits should be determined from the actual packaged load and the carton’s verified grade rather than assuming a double-wall box is automatically sufficient.
Reusing and Recycling Cardboard
Keep cartons clean and dry where practical so the corrugated board can be reused or accepted by a paper/cardboard recycling service. Remove unsuitable non-paper packing materials when local collection rules require it.
