Description
Glass Handle With Care Packaging Tape for Fragile Parcels
Make the need for careful handling clear as soon as a parcel is picked up. Our Glass Handle With Care Packaging Tape combines carton sealing with an easy-to-see printed warning. The message is printed in red on a white background, helping it stand out on brown or white cardboard boxes.
At 50mm wide, the tape can be applied along carton seams in the usual way while adding a visible reminder that the contents include glass. It is useful for packing rooms and fulfilment teams that regularly dispatch glassware, ornaments and other breakable products.
Printed tape is one part of a good packing process. It helps communicate handling instructions, but fragile contents still need a suitable box, padding and a secure fit inside the parcel.
What Can You Use Glass Warning Tape For?
- Sealing boxes containing glasses and glassware
- Marking cartons of jars, bottles or glass accessories
- Identifying fragile retail stock during internal handling
- Preparing customer orders that include breakable ornaments
- Adding a visible warning to packages going through courier networks
- Making handling instructions clearer for warehouse staff
For particularly valuable or delicate goods, follow your carrier’s packaging requirements and use enough internal cushioning to protect the contents.

Packing Glass Items Safely
Wrap each glass item individually, keep it away from direct contact with the carton walls and fill empty spaces so the contents cannot move freely. Close the box using an appropriate amount of tape and place the printed warning where it can be seen without turning the parcel over.
For a consistent finish, apply the tape to a clean, dry carton surface and press it down firmly. Remember that a warning on the outside does not make a parcel impact-proof; physical protection inside the carton remains essential.
